Can you recommend an architect or designer?
Yes, we are able to recommend architects, building designers and Building Control companies. (You have a choice now, no longer is it just Building Control from your Borough Council).
Do Hall and Woodcraft Construction Ltd (Builders) have a design and planning service?
Yes we can provide a design service and take this through the planning stages for you. We can also arrange to design a set of plans (site layout, visual external appearance, and internal floor plan) in 3D, so you can really visualise your home before it is built.
Can you talk to the Borough Council and deal with Planners, as we are too busy?
We are happy to liaise with both planners and architects.
Can you develop using Bespoke fittings.
We use skilled local carpenters and joiners who are able to produce superb bespoke furniture, bookshelves and cupboards. Our contacts include companies that construct hand built bespoke kitchens tailored to your needs.
